Stitchdown Farm is hiring 2 field crew positions for the 2024 growing season to add to our existing 3 woman farmer and floristry team. 

Applicants should have prior farming, landscaping or manual labor experience. Ideally they love to be weed, are fast and efficient workers, reliable, self motivated to learn flower farming, proactive, a team player who can also work independently, a willingness to take direction as well as problem solve and ask questions. Field crew positions will primarily be responsible for the production in the fields and does not necessarily include floral design in the studio. However, additional hours spent in the design studio or on the weekends doing weddings will be offered on a case by case basis so bonus points for applicants with a floristry or art background. 

Rustic on farm housing is available to rent or assistance in securing local housing will be provided.
